St Ives is one of the most loved, visited and photographed picturesque seaside resorts in England.

St Ives is easy to reach by road or rail and is built up around the harbour with golden sand beaches on each side. It is most famous for its tiny streets that are full of beautiful little white washed fishermen’s cottages with colourful hanging baskets, tubs and driftwood adorning their fronts.

St Ives is a haven for foodies with some lovely restaurants offering daily fresh fish dishes, cafes, excellent fish and chips and ice cream that you need to guard with your life against the sea gulls!

One street back from the harbour you will find a lovely selection of shops, individual as well as high street names. Staying in St Ives means you are only ever a short walk from the beaches so take time to enjoy an early morning stroll away from the crowds or watch the sunset across the ocean in the evening.
